New fences, replacements, and old-fence removal for Carrollwood homes — from 76 FENCE Tampa.
Many Carrollwood homes have had the same fence since the house was built, and plenty of them are due. 76 FENCE Tampa replaces tired wood fences and builds new ones across Carrollwood, with the old fence hauled away as part of the job.
76 FENCE Tampa is owner-run by Tom & Kate Donnelly, so Carrollwood customers deal directly with the people responsible for the work.
Carrollwood is in unincorporated Hillsborough County, so most fence work goes through the county's permitting process. We check the requirements for your address and file what's needed.
Many Carrollwood homes date from the 1970s through the 1990s, so fence replacement — often wood to vinyl — is the most common project we see here.
Along with Carrollwood, we regularly work in Lake Magdalene, Carrollwood Village, Northdale, and dozens of other Northwest Hillsborough-area communities.

Yes. We build aluminum and vinyl pool barriers with self-closing, self-latching gates to meet Florida's residential pool safety requirements.
When we install your fence, our work is guaranteed. If a post, panel, gate, or hinge we installed shows a workmanship defect within 76 weeks (about 17½ months) of your installation date, the 76 FENCE Tampa 76-Week Limited Workmanship Warranty means we fix it free. Manufacturers cover the materials themselves.
